• You bear the operational responsibility for our hotellerie and place special value on service quality and the needs of our guests.
• You lead your team and ensure smooth deployment planning.
• You actively work in the operational area.
• You promote appreciative and constructive cooperation within the team.
• You conduct team meetings and organize regular training sessions for further development and quality assurance.

What distinguishes you:

• You have completed training in gastronomy or hotellerie.
• You enjoy personnel management and ideally already bring experience in team leadership.
• You are a host by conviction.
• You encounter other people respectfully and appreciatively and enjoy taking responsibility.
