Cook in winter season

Our day operation on the slope supplies snow sports enthusiasts with a simple and efficient menu. Our cooks look after the cold kitchen with salads and various cold plates, as well as fried goods and soups.

Your tasks:

• Responsible for the entire kitchen together with one employee
• Mise-en-place in the morning according to specifications
• Checking the required ingredients for freshness
• Independent preparation of the dishes in the assigned work area upon order
• Washing up of all kitchen utensils and plates
• Cleaning of the entire kitchen according to hygiene regulations
• Assistance with unloading and loading of goods transports / empty container collection
• Supporting snow removal incl. setting up / storing the terrace seating
