Your tasks:

• Production of freshly made salads, fruit juices, and sandwiches
• Provision of the patisserie and breakfast offering
• Setting up and maintaining the salad buffet
• Mise en Place of the warm dishes
• Cleaning and office work
• Quantity calculations according to recipe templates
• Compliance with the basics, quality and product specifications, as well as work processes
