Tasks
Warm reception and care of guests
Advising guests on the selection of food and drinks
Taking orders as well as professional serving of food and drinks
Ensuring a smooth service process
Preparation and post-preparation of the guest area (Mise en Place)
Creating and processing payments for invoices
Compliance with hygiene, quality, and service standards
Complaint management and professional handling of guest requests
Support during events and banquets
Collaboration with kitchen and bar to ensure optimal guest service

Requirements
Completed training as a restaurant specialist, gastronomy specialist, or comparable qualification
Professional experience in service is an advantage
Friendly, well-groomed, and service-oriented appearance
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
Resilience as well as flexibility, also on weekends and public holidays
Independent and reliable way of working
Good German skills; other foreign languages are an advantage
