Cook

For a leading company in the Swiss food industry, we are looking for a dedicated cook (female/male) who works in a two-shift operation and benefits from free weekends as well as no split shifts.

Your skills

• You have professional experience as a cook, ideally in a large-scale kitchen
• You bring good SAP and PC skills as well as ideally a vocational trainer course
• You know the HACCP and hygiene regulations and work cleanly
• You convince through quality awareness, team spirit, and a service-oriented way of working
• You enjoy passing on your knowledge to apprentices and approach changes openly
• You have good German skills; other languages are an advantage
• You work in a two-shift operation between 04:00 and 14:30 and benefit from free weekends and no split shifts

Your tasks

• You prepare fresh dishes daily for the staff restaurant
• You contribute new ideas to the menu planning and ensure culinary variety
• You take over ordering, goods receipt, and inventory management
• You monitor stock levels and support the reduction of food waste
• You ensure compliance with HACCP and hygiene guidelines
• You support the training and supervision of apprentices in the kitchen
