Housekeeper

The employer is looking for a:

Housekeeper

Tasks:

• daily cleaning of the rooms and public areas of the hotel
• management of the material necessary for the performance of daily tasks for the floors assigned to her
• evening tidying of the rooms
• ironing of guests' clothing
• washing of linen and clothing

Requirements

• experience, at least two years, gained in hotels of the same category
• knowledge and application of LHW Quality Standards
• organizational skills
• good stress management skills
• reliability, precision, cleanliness and accuracy
• attitude towards teamwork
• availability for shift work, including Sundays and holidays
• excellent knowledge of the Italian language
• good knowledge of the English language

Employment details:

• workplace Lugano
• expected degree of employment at 100%
• start of employment to be agreed, permanent contract
• work shifts, including Sundays and holidays, to be agreed
• contractual conditions according to CCNL hotel sector
