Tasks

• Preparation of pizza and pasta according to traditional as well as own recipes
• Preparation and organization of the daily Mise en Place
• Processing of high-quality and fresh ingredients
• Ensuring a constantly high quality in taste and presentation
• Compliance with hygiene, quality, and safety standards
• Efficient organization of one's own work area
• Support in other kitchen areas if required

Profile

• Professional experience as a Pizzaiolo / Pizzaiola or in Italian cuisine
• Confident handling of the preparation of pizza and pasta
• Strong awareness of quality and enjoyment of high-quality products
• Independent, structured, and clean way of working
• Reliability, resilience, and flexibility
• Readiness for evening and weekend shifts
• Good German or English skills; further language skills are an advantage
• Well-groomed and professional appearance
• Own vehicle is an advantage, as individual working hours may lie outside of public transport connections
