On Fridays and Saturdays, our schedule is full — and we have to refuse clients.

We have the space. We are missing a pair of hands.

This position is aimed at a specific profile. Here are the five entry conditions — check them first, you will save time.

1. You work on Saturdays. This is our biggest day, and half the reason for this position. This availability is mandatory.
2. You do color alone. Coloring, gray coverage, roots, gloss, balayage, and highlights — on textured hair, with full autonomy.
3. You cut dry on textured hair. Wavy, curly, coily, kinky. This is our core business, and you will do it every day.
4. You have a CFC in hairdressing or a recognized foreign qualification, and a minimum of 3 years of autonomous salon practice. This position requires a professional who is already operational.
5. You have a portfolio with color in it. Instagram or a book. These visuals are a condition for the examination of your application.

The position, 80 %, four days:

What you will do:

• Cut dry on textured hair, by reading the shrinkage, and announcing a final length that the client will truly find.
• Color, lighten, balayage on textured hair. You formulate, you dose, you apply, you take responsibility for your result.
• Diagnose each client before starting, announce a plan and a duration, and refuse or spread across two sessions when the fiber requires it. We will always support you on this point.

-Construct and explain the care protocol that protects the work you have just done.

-Prescribe the home routine. At PANA, advising on a product is part of the care: this is how one finishes their work.

-Propose the next appointment while she is still in the chair. Always.

• Manage your schedule, your technical sheets, your payments, and your station, with full autonomy.
• Participate in content. We film, we photograph, and we publish a lot: before/after, technical gestures, maintenance advice. Your work will hold a real place there, as will your ideas.
• Transmit what you master better than us. Our internal sessions are led by those who know.

What we are really looking for:

Beyond the five conditions, here is what will make the difference between two good candidates:

• You know your durations. "A root + gloss, for me, is 1 h 45."
• You talk about the scalp before talking about the color.

You know how to refuse a request that is risky for the fiber, and explain it to the client.

-You announce your limits from the start. Our best recruits have all done it themselves: it is a signal of confidence.

-You propose the care and the next appointment spontaneously.

• You are comfortable with social media. We produce a lot of content, and color transformations are the best format for it. Knowing how to film oneself, tell the story of a gesture, or maintain a before/after counts here as much as a beautiful finish.
• You welcome a correction as information. Here, we say things to each other face-to-face and directly to the person concerned. A colleague's success is a success, and everyone lends a hand to everything that makes the salon run.
• What will make you stand out: perms, a color certification from a professional brand, color correction, care rituals, an active professional account and a habit of content creation, men's and children's cutting, a second language useful to our clients, the desire to train others.

Two practical points: fluent French spoken, and the right to work in Switzerland, conversational English. We appreciate a reasonable commute to Lausanne, ideally <1h, because we care about your reliability as much as your technique.
