Your daily routine:

• Professional guest care before, during, and after their stay
• Receipt and processing of bookings and reservations for excursions, city tours, travel arrangements, events, limousines, as well as restaurants and hotels
• Responsible Valet Parking Service
• Processing all incoming emails and creating the in-house newsletter
• Supervision of interns, apprentices, and trial trainees

What we wish for from you:

• You have completed vocational training in the hotel industry or corresponding professional experience in a similar position
• Very good language skills in German and English, as well as French is an advantage
• Always ready to go the extra mile for our guests and exceed expectations
• Driving license category B
