Chinese Specialty Chef

About us:
The Restaurant Shanghai-Luzern is an upscale, luxuriously furnished Chinese specialty restaurant. To expand our team, we are looking for a committed and experienced chef starting immediately.
Your tasks & profile:

• Independent work at a station in the kitchen as well as managing the station, orders and menu creations, managing the kitchen in the absence of the head chef.
• You have at least 3 years of experience (ideally at least 7 years) in Chinese cuisine and have a corresponding qualification (vocational basic training EFZ or equivalent).
• You come from China and learned your craft in an original Chinese kitchen; you are highly proficient in traditional Chinese cuisine.
• High sense of responsibility, exact way of working and good teamwork skills.
• Language skills: Basic knowledge of Chinese/German for daily work communication.
• Work experience in gastronomy in Europe or Switzerland is an advantage.
