Responsibilities

• You manage the maintenance and cleanliness of rooms and public areas
• You supervise the daily work of the floor teams
• You establish the distribution of tasks in collaboration with the Executive Housekeeper
• You manage specific guest requests with reactivity and discretion
• You supervise the quality control of rooms after cleaning
• You establish daily communication with other departments
• You supervise the supply and management of cleaning products
• You manage unforeseen situations with calm and professionalism

Profile sought

• You have proven experience in a similar position in high-end hospitality
• You supervise with rigor, attention to detail, and team spirit
• You manage priorities with efficiency and autonomy
• You are proficient in office tools and hotel software
• You speak English to ensure communication with an international clientele
• You embody elegance, service orientation, and the standards of a palace
