Experienced kitchen assistant

The brasserie Aux XIII Cantons, located in Bulle, is looking for a:

• Experienced kitchen assistant to complete its team.

We are looking for a person:

• Dynamic, organized, versatile and autonomous,
• With experience in traditional cuisine.
• Professional training appreciated but practical experience preferred.

Your main tasks:

• Mise en place and preparation of products
• Participation in the preparation of dishes and service
• Participation in dishwashing, cleaning and general maintenance of the kitchen
• Compliance with hygiene standards
• Collaboration with the kitchen team.
