This Chef de cuisine position is intended for a professional capable of guaranteeing quality, organization and rigor on a daily basis. He/she will be a key player in the coordination of the team and production. The establishment, which includes two points of sale, values teamwork, collaboration and culinary excellence. He/she manages a team of approximately ten employees in the kitchen with a volume of 200 menus per day. These meals are served on site in two corporate restaurants located next to each other. The Chef de cuisine plans and implements the entire production; he/she supervises the production of sandwiches, salad buffets and catering services. As a reference for hygiene, quality and maintenance, he/she also manages orders and inventories. The hours are Monday to Friday from 6:00 to 15:00 with some exceptional evening interventions.

Profile sought

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in collective catering AND high-end hospitality, with recognized and structured management. The chef de cuisine will propose the menus to be produced, manage the team on a daily basis and report to the sector manager. A global vision of the activity, sense of organization and collective spirit are essential. Autonomy and reliability are indispensable qualities for this position.
