Profile:

?Higher hotel management training.
?Significant experience as a 5* hotel Receptionist.
?Significant 5* Food & Beverage experience (catering, restaurant or room service).
?Ability to effectively coordinate activities related to the restaurant reception.
?Keen sense of welcoming a demanding clientele.
?Very good mastery of MS Office IT tools.
?Rigor and writing skills.
?Fluent English and French.
?Residence in Switzerland mandatory. (Permit B or C)

As part of the reinforcement of our client's teams, we are recruiting a dynamic restaurant receptionist, guarantor of excellent service and professional management of the welcome.

?Welcome restaurant customers.
?Manage lounge reservation requests and ensure optimal planning.
?Write and propose menus to internal clients and then confirm them to the kitchen and service teams.
?Ensure the setup of lounges according to needs, including technical equipment.
?Perform various administrative tasks (confirmation letters, occupancy rates, etc.).
?Occasionally participate in the welcome and/or table service during exceptional events.
