We are looking for a new Head of Event and Themed Cruises (a) for 80-100% starting January 1, 2027, or by arrangement. Tasks to be performed * As part of the management team and as a member of the cadre, you shape the success story of our gastronomy on Lake Lucerne * You give our service culture a face and inspire employees and guests with your authentic and approachable leadership * You take over the operational and personnel management of the service area and, together with your team, ensure a professional, warm, and smooth guest service * You develop, coordinate, and accompany our diverse events and themed cruises and make every cruise a special experience * You think entrepreneurially, keep budgets under control, and actively contribute to sustainable business success * You promote our Chef de Service, recognize potential, and develop strong teams for the future * You network people and information, participate in management and cadre meetings, lead briefings, and ensure transparent exchange * You are where it counts: in the middle of the action. On high-frequency days, you support your teams directly on board and live hospitality with heart and passion.
