Your profile

• CFC as a hospitality specialist or an equivalent title.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the field of cleaning or Facility Management, including at least 2 years in a similar role.
• Experience in supervising cleaning or floor teams.
• Spirit of initiative and anticipation.
• Sense of detail, rigor, and meticulousness.
• Availability and hourly flexibility, including certain weekends depending on activity.
• Perfect mastery of the French language, as well as good knowledge of English (German an asset). Your missions
• Supervise, coordinate, and support the cleaning teams.
• Guarantee compliance with quality and cleanliness standards.
• Perform quality controls and ensure the follow-up of corrective actions.

• Ensure the follow-up of uniforms and consumables.
• Be the operational link for the Executive Housekeeper.
• Participate in the daily organization of the service and briefings.
• Ensure the management of lost and found items.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by guaranteeing an irreproachable presentation of the spaces.
