What you move

• Deputy during the absence of the manager or the deputy
• Monitoring all service stations and working at a service station
• Active selling, additional sales, up-selling, cross-selling
• Induction of new employees and motivating service staff
• Collection of payments from the guest
• Writing menus, inventory, emails, cash register etc.

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
• Specialization: Hotel/tourism vocational school with federal diploma or a successfully completed basic training with federal certificate of proficiency and higher professional examination in the gastronomy sector is an advantage
• Professional experience: Several years of professional experience in service in Italian gastronomy
• A passion for the role of host. Service to the guest is central to you. You implement this service philosophy without compromise and act as a role model
• A great food affinity
• IT user knowledge
• German (B2)
• Italian (ADVANTAGEOUS)
