• Preparation of various cold and warm menus taking into account the nutritional guidelines of the Kantonsspital St.Gallen
• Qualitatively and quantitatively flawless provision of daily meals for patients, employees, and guests
• Alternating areas of activity in production, manufacturing, and the front area with customer contact
• Assisting in all processes of a kitchen operation as well as supporting the training of apprentices in basic vocational training Köchin/Koch EFZ

What you bring for this position:

• Completed vocational training as a Cook (Köchin/Koch) or Dietitian Cook (Diätköchin/-koch) as well as some years of professional experience
• Experience in a hospital kitchen desirable
• Ambition and interest in deepening your expertise and bringing in new ideas
• Team player, reliable, and resilient personality
