The restaurant Satriale’s welcomes you in a family and relaxed atmosphere in the heart of the city of Bienne. We offer traditional cuisine from southern Italy.

To complete our team, we are looking for a

Kitchen Assistant 30% - 40% (M/F)

Main skills:

• Preparation and mise en place of food
• Peeling, cutting and preparation of ingredients
• Management of fryers, grill (an asset)
• Assistance with plating dishes
• Respect for hygiene and food safety rules
• Cleaning and maintenance of equipment and premises
• Dishwashing and storage of dishes
• Reception and storage of goods

Profile:

• You have proven experience as a kitchen assistant
• You have a good oral command of French and Italian (German)
• You are a smiling, friendly personality, of a calm and organized nature
