Laundry Manager / Hotel Linen Coordinator

Your tasks

• Management and coordination of the daily operations in the laundry
• Participation in the daily operational business
• Sorting, washing, drying, folding and preparing hotel linen
• Control of linen quality and compliance with hygiene standards
• Organization of linen reception and linen distribution
• Coordination of deliveries and collections
• Scheduling and instruction of employees
• Ensuring order, cleanliness and efficiency in the laundry area
• Control of machines, material and work processes
• Reporting of malfunctions, damage or quality problems
• Support in the optimization of processes

Your profile

• Experience in a laundry, lingerie or hotel sector is an advantage
• Leadership experience or coordination experience desired
• Willingness to actively roll up your sleeves
• Independent, reliable and structured way of working
• Resilience and sense of responsibility
• Good organizational skills
• Awareness of hygiene and quality thinking
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing are a requirement
• Flexibility and teamwork skills
