What awaits you:

• Serving and advising in the shop and café
• Leading the team
• Managing the branch according to the concept & budget specifications
• Organizing and planning work assignments
• Implementing the HACCP hygiene concept
• Carrying out washing & cleaning work

What you bring with you:

• Basic training as a retail specialist or restaurant specialist and sound experience in one of these areas
• Initial leadership experience and basic knowledge of baked goods
• Open leadership style, assertiveness in critical situations, promotion of a supportive work culture in the team
• Efficient and motivating way of working as well as willingness to take on responsibility
• Flexibility regarding work assignments, as we are open 7 days a week
• Enjoyment of daily customer contact
