We are looking for one of our clients in Geneva as part of a temporary mission:

HOUSE MANAGER GENERAL - PRIVATE FAMILY (M/F)

Your mission:

• Supervise all household staff and organize schedules.

Guarantee an irreproachable level of maintenance and presentation of the residence.

Daily control the quality of work performed and ensure compliance with established standards.

Coordinate the different teams and external service providers.

• Ensure the preparation of the residence before the arrival of family members and their guests.
• Supervise service during receptions and private events.
• Manage stocks of linen, cleaning products, consumables and supplies.
• Ensure the care and preservation of linen, furniture, precious objects and residence equipment.
• Anticipate the needs of the family and ensure personalized, discreet and irreproachable service.
• Train and support staff members in order to maintain a level of service corresponding to the requirements of a high-end private home.
• Be the main point of contact for the daily organization of the house.

Required skills:

• We are looking for an elegant, reliable, discreet, extremely organized professional with an excellent sense of candidate must be able to work with great autonomy, anticipate the needs of the family and permanently maintain an exceptional level of requirement.
• Significant experience in an internationally renowned palace, notably as House Manager General, is indispensable.

Your profile:

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in luxury hospitality and/or within private homes.
• Having held the position of House Manager General in a palace for several years.
• Excellent knowledge of service and maintenance standards of 5-star establishments and palaces.
• Proven experience in the management and supervision of household teams.
• Fluent French, both spoken and written.
• Very good level of English, allowing for easy communication with the family, guests, female and male employees and international service providers.
• Excellent presentation and irreproachable interpersonal skills.
• Acute sense of organization, discretion and confidentiality.
• Great capacity for anticipation and sense of detail.
• Autonomy, rigor and ability to manage priorities with calm and efficiency.
• Excellent interpersonal qualities and ability to work with a demanding private family.
• Verifiable professional references.
