Your tasks

• Under the direction of the Front Desk Manager, independently advise and look after our guests at the front at the highest level
• Ensure a smooth workflow at the front
• Various administrative tasks and support for the reservations department

In addition to a degree as a Hotel Communication Specialist EFZ, Commercial Clerk EFZ or an equivalent qualification recognized in Switzerland, you have the corresponding professional experience and communicate with style in German, English and French.
