Région Dents du Midi SA is an independent tourism services and management company, oriented towards the needs and expectations of its partners and clients. Mandated by the Communes of the Vallée d’Illiez (Champéry, Troistorrents and Val-d'Illiez) as well as by the key players of the destination, it develops its positioning and its brand on a national and international level.

MAIN MISSIONS to ensure the smooth running of animations and events within the destination.

Part of its duties include:

Participation in the programming, implementation, and monitoring of animations and events:

• Logistic and technical monitoring before, during, and after events/animations
• Reflection and proposal for the development of existing events/animations
• Search for volunteers and technical partners for the implementation of animations, preparation of schedules
• Ensuring relationships with the various local actors and welcoming speakers/the public
• Participating and collaborating, depending on needs, in the meetings of local societies and external organizing committees

Participation in the general logistics of Région Dents du Midi SA:

• Management of infrastructure, tidying, assembly, and disassembly of event installations
• Support for maintenance, lending, and organization of equipment

Creation of communication materials and promotion of events:

• Creation and management of event content (website, animation program, control of posters/flyers, etc.)
• Management and online publication of ticketing
• Distribution of posters and flyers in the shops of the destination
• Management and monitoring of various administrative files

REQUIREMENTS:

Operational knowledge and skills

• Certified training in the field of tourism, logistics, or events is an asset
• Good physical condition
• Ability to work outdoors (adaptation to weather conditions)
• Manual dexterity
• Good elocution and ease in animation
• Practice of mountain activities desired
• Mastery of office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
• Good knowledge of the territory of the 3 communes of the Vallée d’Illiez and the Portes du Soleil domain (living in a commune of the Vallée d’Illiez would be a real advantage)
• Driver's license indispensable
