Group Manager (M/F) at 60-80% - CDI

The Eden Palace au Lac hotel, a 4-star establishment located on the Vaud Riviera, is looking for reinforcement for its team:

A Group Manager (CDI at 60-80%)

Start date: immediately

Profile sought:

• Holder of a recognized hotel training (CFC or equivalent).
• Knowledge and use of the Fidelio system.
• You have similar experience.
• You have a perfect command of French, have good knowledge of English; German is an asset.
• Autonomous, rigorous, endowed with a sense of initiative and eager to learn.
• You are comfortable in contact with an international clientele.
• Excellent presentation.
• Flexibility in hours and working days.
• Experience in group management: preparation of offers, quotes and group contracts in agreement with Management; management and reservation of groups (client relations, administrative follow-up, preparation of service orders).

Your missions:

• Elaborate and manage group offers and reservations, from the initial request to operational follow-up.
• Management of rooming lists and modifications
• Coordination with the different hotel services
• Contact and follow-up with agencies and tour operators
• Preparation and follow-up of group arrivals
• Control and follow-up of invoicing
• Assistance to the reception if needed.
