Breakfast or evening service 5 days per week (Monday - Sunday)

Tasks

• Serving meals in the dining room and in the living units
• taking into account the preferences of the nuns and guests
• Preparation of breakfast buffets and their supervision
• Correct storage of food and equipment
• Cafeteria service and cash management
• Cleaning of living rooms, common areas and sanitary facilities as well as maintaining cleanliness and hygiene
• Creating a pleasant atmosphere for the nuns and guests
• Stock control and replenishment of food, linen and consumables
• Correct storage of food and equipment
• Participation in events

Requirements

• Solid experience in service, including in collective catering
• Enjoyment of contact with elderly people and an open attitude
• Team spirit as well as physical and mental resilience
• High sense of service, sense of cleanliness and attention to detail
• Flexibility and availability to work weekends and public holidays - with the aim of ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of the nuns and residents
• High motivation and commitment, even in demanding situations
• Good oral and written knowledge of German
