Your tasks

• Preparation and plating of all dishes
• Mise en Place
• Assistance at all stations
• General cleaning work and compliance with hygiene regulations
• Control and restocking of goods orders

Your profile

• Completed culinary apprenticeship or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in a gastro business
• Enjoyment of the profession
• Reliable, flexible and resilient
• Independent and structured way of working
• Italian or German language skills
• Guest- and service-oriented
