In Zurich's District 4, a new urban garden is blooming. Remise Rosa combines nature, architecture, and culture into a nest that is constantly changing. It is a meeting point in the greenery. Whether for a moment of peace or exchange over culinary delights: here you can let yourself drift. We have space for ideas. Beer garden, canteen for the neighborhood, and a small short break in the middle of the city. A sun terrace, a vegetable garden, and plenty of space for exchange and togetherness. Your tasks:

• Responsibility for bar operations incl. active cooperation in day and evening operations as well as ensuring smooth processes & ordering
• Guest service & sales: advising guests, preparation of drinks and cocktails as well as correct cash and payment processing
• Assistance with event support from A–Z (banquets, apéros, events) incl. preparation and follow-up
• Leadership & deployment planning: training, coaching, and coordination of employees incl. working time and break management
• Quality, hygiene & organization: compliance with HACCP, maintenance of checklists, ordering, as well as further development of standards and recipes
• Team and operational responsibility: conflict management, guest feedback, participation in recruitment, and close cooperation with operations management and HR

Your qualifications

• Training in gastronomy or several years of professional experience (min. 3 years) with leadership experience
• Good German and English skills as well as confident handling of common PC applications (e.g., Office 365)
• Hands-on mentality, high personal responsibility as well as an independent, reliable, and structured way of working
• Forward-looking and networked way of thinking
• Strong-communication leadership personality with role model function, team spirit, and organizational talent
• Flexible, resilient, and tolerant of other cultures
• Host/Hostess out of passion with willingness to work nights and weekends
