Apply now ### What you accomplish * Ensure responsibility for the establishment in the absence of the Manager * implementation of the strategy, standards and defined guidelines * Responsibility for the entire operational part, the figures and personnel management * representation of the company externally, including in terms of local marketing ### What you bring * Bildung: Completed studies (Uni/EFP, HES, ES) * Specialization: Graduate of a hotel school or holder of a CFC and a higher specialization exam in the catering sector, G1-G3 * Professional experience: Experience in a management position in gastronomy * For this demanding position, you justify experience as a manager and hold a G1 diploma. * Very good knowledge of MS Office * You are passionate about the role of host.
