Montfort Boutique Hotel | Nendaz | Opening in October 2026

Montfort Boutique Hotel will open its doors in Haute-Nendaz in October 2026. To bring this new address to life, we are looking for committed and dynamic collaborators.

Ideally located in the heart of the 4 Vallées domain, our establishment offers 44 rooms, a restaurant with 120 covers, a bar, a terrace, a seminar room as well as a wellness area.

To strengthen our restaurant team, we are recruiting 1 Restaurant Manager (M/F) in a permanent position at 100%, with the following main missions:

• Supervise all operations of the restaurant, the bar and associated services.
• Guarantee a quality customer experience, in accordance with the standards of the establishment.
• Manage, support and develop the catering teams.
• Organize schedules, ensure the monitoring of personnel needs and optimize the organization of service.
• Participate in the development of procedures, the monitoring of costs and stock management.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen and other hotel departments.
• Contribute to the development of the catering offer and to customer satisfaction.

• Management skills and natural leadership
• Proven experience in a similar position in catering
• Proficiency in French and English is indispensable; knowledge of a 3rd language is an asset
