To strengthen our team in the Catering sector, we are looking for a motivated and committed person as a Restaurant Assistant, 100%, starting from 01.12.2026, for an indefinite duration, at the Monthey site. ##

Your responsibilities

• You ensure the smooth running of operations and apply quality and hygiene directives at the Manora restaurant.
• You ensure that the market atmosphere is elegant, in accordance with the concept.
• You identify, evaluate and exploit the potential of the local offer.
• You are responsible for personnel management.
• You are responsible for an organized and employee-oriented restaurant structure (schedules, etc.).
• You ensure the training and development of employees as well as young talents.
• You are present on the ground, you direct and support employees in their daily work.

Your profile

• Ideally, you have completed basic training in the field of catering or you are a graduate of a hotel school.
• You possess extensive experience in the field of catering.
• You live and love the role of host/hostess.
• Ideally, you have acquired initial management experience.
• You convince through your stress resistance, your perseverance and your reliability.
• You have a positive attitude towards work, you know how to transmit it to your employees and motivate them sustainably.
• You have a sense of improvisation and you like to take on challenges.
• You are able to adapt to high customer traffic and you keep your calm and an overview in busy situations.
