Cook EFZ Assistant on an hourly basis

per immediately or by arrangement

What you achieve

• Preparation of meals for the residents of the apartments and the guests in the restaurant (cold and warm kitchen)
• Coordination of work and processes in cooperation with the chef
• Support of the chef with the professional storage of food and raw materials
• Support of the team with all tasks arising in the kitchen
• Compliance with hygiene and quality regulations
• You also sharpen the knives and lend a hand for banquets, special weeks, and events

What distinguishes you

• Completed vocational training as Koch/Köchin EFZ
• Experience in a large-scale kitchen in a hotel-like operation
• Ideally knowledge of dietetic cooking
• Independent and responsible personality with polished manners
• Very good written and oral German skills
