Unisanté in Epalinges, managed by ZFV from October 2025, will be open five days a week from 08:00 to 17:00. This establishment has 160 seats in the restaurant, serves approximately 180 meals per day, and is composed of a team of 4 people. There, you will find two different and varied menus every day as well as a salad buffet, desserts, and snacks. A catering service for events is offered upon request.

• Ensuring the setup of dishes at distribution points

• Assistance with service during coffee breaks, aperitifs, and cocktails
