Mandated by one of our clients on the left bank, we are looking for:

experienced chef de partie

-culinary degree mandatory + minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
-excellent communicator and very good team spirit
-attention to detail
-love for the profession and curiosity
-organized, flexible and rigorous - permanent position (CDI) at 100% in a bistronomic establishment
-ensure the reception of goods and stocks
-rotating work on hot and cold stations
-work in restaurant + catering service
-ensure the smooth running of the mise en place and service
-cooking with fresh and quality products
-total respect for the standards and requirements of the establishment
-knowledge and respect of HACCP standards
-split shifts from Monday to Friday (closed on weekends).
-hours = 08h - 14h / 17h - 22h
-salary 4 8000 chf X 13
