Requirements:

• consolidated experience in seafood cuisine of at least 3 years
• in-depth knowledge of Neapolitan tradition
• autonomy in managing the line
• competence in cleaning and processing fish
• care in the selection and enhancement of raw materials
• precision, organization, ability to work in a team and under stress
• passionate person, capable of expressing the flavors of Neapolitan tradition with authenticity and respect
• good knowledge of Italian
