Your tasks:
Support on all stations
Ensuring flawless food quality at all times
Compliance with hygiene regulations and food laws
Compliance with recipes and portioning
Mise-en-place and follow-up work
Cleaning work
Your profile:
Completed apprenticeship as Koch/Köchin EFZ with professional experience
Good language skills in German
High quality awareness, team player, creative and motivated
Resilient, flexible, reliable and careful
Ski or snowboard skills an advantage
