Receptionist M/F

You assist the reception team in welcoming and taking care of our clientele
You participate in the management of arrivals and departures check-in & check-out
You contribute to the processing of reservations, requests for information and concierge services
You ensure the quality of service and compliance with the standards and procedures in force within our establishment
You collaborate closely with the different hotel departments in order to ensure an optimal customer experience

Coming from a hotel management training, you stand out by your excellent interpersonal skills, your sense of service and your organization
2-3 years of experience in a similar position
Your rigor, your team spirit and your motivation are your main assets
Fluency in English is indispensable, any other language is a plus
Excellent presentation and sense of detail
An experience of a few years in a similar position is required.
