Scope of work with us ##

• Active cooperation in all areas of the kitchen (incl. show kitchen)
• Preparation of all dishes with the kitchen team, creation of mise en place and creation of local and varied food offers for our special events
• Responsibility for purchasing, calculation and inventory
• Creation of the work, off-duty and holiday planning for the kitchen team
• Guaranteeing and organizing smooth kitchen operations from A - Z
• Compliance with the high quality level, implementation of the hygiene concept (incl. training of employees)
