Work location: Zürich-Witikon | Working hours: 10.00–19.00
Your tasks:

• Independent preparation of our daily lunch menus
• •Preparation and plating of salads, cold dishes, and other dishes
• •Mise-en-place and preparation of the required ingredients
• •Ensuring order and cleanliness in the entire kitchen and office area
• •Goods reception as well as checking and shelving deliveries
• •Compliance with our quality, hygiene, and safety specifications
• •Dishwashing as well as general cleaning work in the kitchen area, including cleaning of dishes, kitchen appliances, and work materials

Your profile:

• Experience in a similar position in the kitchen or gastronomy is an advantage
• Joy in cooking and in the preparation of fresh food
• Good oral German skills
• Independent, clean, and reliable way of working
• Good awareness of quality and hygiene
• Team player and helpful
• Calm and careful even with a lot of work
• Flexible and versatile
