Job description

As a true operational referent, you ensure the coordination and the perfect running of catering services and events, particularly those intended for Management.

You prepare, organize and supervise the various services and events, coordinate needs in advance with the catering teams and various interlocutors, ensure the follow-up of Management events as well as other catering services and ensure their smooth running directly on the ground.

You actively participate in service when necessary and may be required to provide replacements at different points of sale.

You permanently guarantee compliance with quality and service standards, while ensuring fluid communication between the operational teams and the administrative secretariat.

You anticipate needs in personnel, equipment and organization, manage unforeseen circumstances with reactivity and

Profile sought
-----------------

You benefit from confirmed experience as a Maître d'Hôtel in very high-standing environments.

Given the level of requirement of the position, significant experience within Michelin-starred establishments and/or houses recognized for the excellence of their service is indispensable.

You have hotel training or equivalent experience, solid experience in the organization and coordination of events, perfect mastery of French as well as a very good level of English.

Your presentation and professional posture are irreproachable. You demonstrate natural leadership, an excellent sense of organization, a great capacity for anticipation and real ease in managing priorities.

Reactive, autonomous and solution-oriented, you know how to make decisions quickly and evolve with ease in an environment where expectations are particularly high.

Reliability, discretion, diplomacy, confidentiality and a keen sense of service are indispensable to succeed in this function.
