We are looking for a sociable and enthusiastic personality who radiates and generates sympathy at first glance. The arrival of our visitors should be surprisingly positive and remain a best memory. The receptionist should be able to draw on great life experience to assess the visitors and assign them to the appropriate customer advisor.

You will manage the reception together with a colleague over the six opening days. i.e. You work in a 3-day week, with every second Saturday included in the weekly roster. This results in approximately a 60% workload. In addition, there are holiday and sickness coverages for your colleague and occasionally an assignment on a Sunday with sales. This results in a 100% workload for a few weeks a year. Therefore, we are happy if you are flexible in terms of time.

The threads of the branch converge at the reception, and the receptionist is simultaneously also the assistant to the branch manager. To perform this task confidently and with an overview, it is an advantage if you already have experience at a telephone switchboard and in written correspondence. You provide our visitors with a warm welcome and assign them to the suitable consultant. You work on the PC with Outlook, Word, Excel and a cash register program. Swiss German in interaction, German in writing and a minimum age of 25 years are seen as requirements.
