Confiserie Brändli stands for high-quality confectionery specialties, finest chocolate and lived Swiss enjoyment culture. As part of Groupe Haute Chocolaterie, we combine traditional craftsmanship with high standards of quality, hospitality and service. For our Confiserie Brändli in Basel, we are looking for a dedicated, sales-strong and experienced leadership personality.

Your tasks

• Leadership & team development: You lead, motivate and develop your team and promote positive cooperation.
• Sales & customer experience: You inspire our customers with personal advice and high service quality.
• Turnover & performance: You are responsible for the turnover targets, analyze key figures and implement sales promotion measures.
• Organization & processes: You manage the boutique operations, personnel deployment as well as orders and inventory management.
• Product presentation & quality: You ensure attractive product presentation and compliance with quality and hygiene standards.
• Seasonal highlights: You plan and accompany the high season, especially Christmas and Easter.

Your profile

• Several years of experience in retail, ideally in the premium food, confectionery or chocolaterie sector
• Leadership experience and enjoyment in promoting employees
• Strong sales and customer orientation as well as understanding of business management key figures
• Organizational talent, initiative and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
• Passion for high-quality products and attractive product presentation
• Very good German skills; other languages are an advantage
