YOU POSSESS

• A compulsory schooling completion certificate or you are reaching the end of your schooling and look forward to discovering the professional world.
• A well-defined professional project, thanks to an observation internship in the kitchen, which has allowed you to confirm your choice.
• A real motivation to undertake an apprenticeship in the field of cooking, in CFC or AFP.
• Of a dynamic and willing nature, you demonstrate maturity and ease in teamwork.
• Your sense of creativity, rigor, and taste will be success criteria for your apprenticeship.

YOUR OBJECTIVES

• Participate in the preparation of dishes and menus according to seasons, products, residents, and patients, while being mindful of respect for hygiene rules.
• Apply different cooking methods.
• Discover and participate in a wide variety of services and clienteles, ranging from meals for patients and residents to home deliveries, to the cafeteria and the occasional realization of banquets.
• Contribute to the placing of orders and the quality and quantity controls of the goods delivered.
