Tasks

• As Deputy Manager, you guarantee smooth operational processes and thus the best possible culinary experience.
• Because the plated dishes are nationally prescribed, you use the opportunity to surprise at the buffet with local offerings.
• You are the right hand of the management. Specifically, you support in the leadership and promotion of the employees.
• You are happy to take responsibility for guest care as well as the production and presentation of the daily offers.

Requirements

• Completed basic training as a cook? We like that.
• System gastronomy is your daily bread.
• Basic IT knowledge and affinity for systems? A great advantage for this position.
• You have a very good command of German -- oral and written
• No matter what you do: the well-being of the customers is always your top priority.
