The restaurant where «tout Bâle» eats. The traditional Basel restaurant Kunsthalle offers seasonal cuisine in a casual ambiance in the brown part (Schluuch) and elegance in the white part (restaurant) with a view of the terrace in the garden – especially in summer a popular place for Basel locals and tourists. Additionally, the popular Campari Bar.

To reinforce our team in the Campari Bar, we are looking for a host personality with a passion for gastronomy as a barkeeper by arrangement.

Be a Candrian - Your tasks:

• Receiving, looking after and advising our demanding guests
• Leading and motivating the team and active assistance in the bar area
• Preparing cocktails, long drinks and non-alcoholic beverages
• Conducting training
• Independent management of the bar in the absence of the Chef de Bars
• Administrative tasks such as creating duty rosters
• Compliance with strict hygiene regulations according to HACCP

Be a Candrian - Your profile:

• You have completed training as a specialist in restaurant services as well as further training in the bar area
• You are a leadership personality and have several years of professional experience as Chef de Bar
• Friendliness and a high willingness to provide service characterize you
• Even in hectic moments, you succeed in maintaining an overview
• Due to your flexibility, it is possible to deploy you in all shifts
