• Greet customers in a courteous and friendly manner and seat them at their table according to the pre-established plan
• Provide attentive and smiling service to all customers
• Cash up tables using the restaurant till
• Perform cleanings inherent to the service (description in the following point)

Cleanings inherent to the position

• Tables, chairs
• Daily dishes
• Coffee machine, beer dispenser
• Workstations (bread, buffet, etc)
• Empty and change the bin at the buffet
• Deposit the trash bag in the black container at the back of the parking lot
• Toilets
• Various regular cleanings of the restaurant equipment (checklists displayed)
