Your tasks include:

• Implementation of the Peperoncini standards
• Implementation of HACCP and legal guidelines
• Administrative work that arises at Peperoncini
• Host and first point of contact for our guests
• Operational management of the business, personnel planning
• Purchasing of goods and ensuring profitability
• Daily and monthly closings and inventory. Responsible for

the adherence to the budget

We are looking for a dedicated personality with a strong entrepreneurial spirit who values quality and appreciates good work.

A requirement for this position is the possession of a valid Wirtepatent as well as several years of professional experience in a comparable function.
