• Preparation of high-quality coffee specialties with a focus on quality and consistency
• Personal advice and care for our guests
• Operating the cash register and handling daily business
• Ensuring a smooth workflow in the espresso bar
• Opening and closing the bar including daily report
• Support in daily operations (preparation, refilling, orders, cleanliness)
• Maintenance and cleaning of the coffee machines as well as the entire work area
• Open, friendly host personality with joy in guest contact
• Team-oriented, reliable, and independent way of working
• Calmness and resilience even in lively operational situations
• Motivation to prepare high-quality coffee daily and to develop professionally
• Interest in coffee, gastronomy, and current trends in the coffee world
• Experience as a barista or training in coffee preparation is an advantage, but not mandatory
• Available at least 3 days a week in the morning (approx. 55 % workload)
• Available at least 4 weekend days per month
• At least 18 years old
• Fluent German skills
• Work experience is an advantage
• Possibility to work at ViCAFE for at least 12 months
