Kitchen Assistant / Multi-skilled DAY SERVICE

The Kreuzboden mountain restaurant is located in the heart of the Saas-Grund ski resort and is a meeting point for many customers. Our restaurant offers self-service as well as the "Stübli" (service) & bar après-ski.

As a kitchen assistant, you assist our kitchen team. You work in a motivated team and are co-responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen. You also help our cook and participate in snow removal, receiving goods, etc.

Assistance with daily preparation of mise en place and production in hot and cold kitchen

Assistance with the professional preparation of hot and cold dishes

Compliance with hygiene and quality standards

Assistance with clearing up

Snow removal, receiving goods, etc.

Requirements

Experience in a similar or equivalent position

Passion for the profession

Autonomous work with high stress resistance

Team spirit and reliability

Good knowledge of German
