Mobilwelt GmbH has been active in the motorhome sector for over 20 years. We sell and rent motorhomes and offer our customers comprehensive workshop, service, and retrofitting services.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed personality as:

Customer Advisor / Service Advisor Motorhomes (m/f/d)

You are the interface between our customers and the workshop. You understand technical concerns, advise our customers competently, and ensure that orders are handled cleanly and efficiently from reception to vehicle handover.

Your tasks

Personal and telephone support of our customers
Reception of motorhomes for service, repair, and retrofitting work
Recording and assessment of customer concerns and technical problems
Planning and coordination of workshop orders
Creation of offers and repair orders
Ongoing communication with customers regarding the status of the work
Coordination between customers, workshop, and suppliers
Advice on repairs, service work, and accessories/retrofits
Organization of spare parts and material
Quality control and vehicle handover to the customer
Support with warranty and damage cases
Your profile

Basic mechanical or technical training, ideally as an automotive mechatronics technician, automotive specialist, mechanic, or in a comparable profession
Technical understanding and enjoyment of vehicles
Interest in motorhomes, camping, and vehicle technology
Experience with motorhomes is an advantage
Enjoyment of direct customer contact
Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working
Organizational talent and the ability to maintain an overview even with several ongoing orders
Good German skills in speaking and writing
Driver's license Cat. B
